Woven from 100% cotton, it is softer and more absorbent than typical bandana cloth, offering a unique texture and comfort. The floral pattern is created using a traditional discharge dyeing method, where color is carefully removed by hand with a stencil. Both the discharge dyeing and sewing are done by a family-run textile workshop in Tochigi, established in 1886.
